Das Ferienhaus Hochuli geplant von Althammer Hochuli Architekten entstand zwischen 2004-2007 am Oberschwändiberg in Braunwald, Glarus. Der Bau befindet sich an einer südlichen Hanglage und erstreckt sich über drei Geschosse. Im Modul befasste sich die Gruppe intensiv mit der Rahmenbauweise, derren konstruktiven Details und den Lastabträgen des Gebäudes. Inspiriert durch die Auseinandersetzung mit dem Gebäude entstand im Anschluss und ebenfalls im Rahmen des Moduls das Möbelstück «Beby».

The Hochuli holiday home, designed by Althammer Hochuli Architects, was built between 2004 and 2007 on the Oberschwändiberg in Braunwald, Glarus. The building is situated on a south-facing slope and comprises three storeys. During the module, the group engaged intensively with the frame construction, its structural details and the building’s load-bearing systems. Inspired by their examination of the building, the piece of furniture ‘Beby’ was subsequently created, also as part of the module.
